Good Afternoon, Fellow Parishioners! The OCIA Team would like to invite you to the best experience of a lifetime by Sponsoring a new Candidate to the Catholic Faith. Do you ever find yourself praying for someone you barely know? Are you a person who can listen, encourage others, and don’t mind sharing your life experience to enhance the life of others? That’s all Sponsorship requires! Do you hesitate to get involved in parish ministries because you feel that your knowledge isn’t strong enough? Not to worry! We are simply looking for Sponsors of all ages that have a desire to help others, while seizing the moment to strengthen yourself through a deeper relationship with the one who loved you first, God!
Sponsorship does not take a Theology degree, but simply requires Faith, Hope, and Love. If you possess these virtues and want to walk along someone in their journey, please reach out to Mark Larkin @ 915-540-8213. If you feel your reservations are too strong because you don’t know enough to guide someone, please join us as an Audit and build on your knowledge of the faith.
